Hero4Heroes is going to New York Fashion Week!
A prestigious invitation to participate in a runway show produced by the Oxford Fashion Studio during the New York Fashion Week has arrived at the address of Rijeka, Croatia based fashion designer Marijana Hero.
“Start spreading the news…” The renowned Oxford Fashion Studio, that has been presenting independent fashion designers to global audiences during the New York, London and Paris Fashion Weeks since 2009, has recognized Hero4Heroes creations. Each Oxford Fashion Studio runway show is by invitation only, featuring 8-10 carefully selected designers with original concepts that press and fashion experts will respond to and people will want.
Recently, Marijana Hero of Rijeka based Hero4Heroes received just such an invitation.
What caught the attention of the Oxford Fashion Studio’s curators were her playful, exuberant creations which burst with color and carefully crafted details. Each of her creations is unique; each is an unfinished story, completed by the personality and attitude of the woman who wears it.
Oxford Fashion Studio has produced 95 runway shows so far, presenting collections from 525 designers from 61 countries around the world. Its productions have been attended by the most prominent names in the industry, including Anna Wintour, Dolly Jones (Editor, Vogue.com), Caroline Rush (CEO, British Fashion Council), Claire Wilcox (Fashion & Textiles, Victoria & Albert Museum), as well as representatives from various brands and media outlets such as Harvey Nichols HK, Michael Kors, Macy’s, Nineteenth Amendment, Saks Fifth Avenue, River Island, Marie Claire, Huffington Post, Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and more.
Hero4Heros creates fashion for heroines – little girls, young women, students, mothers, business women, grandmothers – for bold women, brave enough to exchange greyness for color and express their strong personalities.
