8. RETURN OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS
A buyer has the right to, within 15 days from receiving the goods, notify Hero4Heroes in writing, about withdrawal from the contract, at the e-mail address info@hero4heroes.com or in another legally defined way. Upon return, the goods must be unused, undamaged, unchanged in quantity and in their original packaging. It is mandatory to always add a copy of the original bill to the. The buyer must then return the goods to the company within 30 days after the written notification onto the address: Hero4Heroes Put Brdo 18, 51211 Matulji – with the subscript “Online sale”. The costs of the return are covered by the client.
Hero4Heroes reimburses the full purchase price upon receiving the goods.
Hero4Heroes may be held responsible for material defects of items, purchased in the online shop www.hero4heroes.com. The client sends a complaint notification to the info@hero4heroes.com or in another legally defined way. Hero4Heroes. will, upon five days from receiving the written notification, confirm the receipt of the complaint and notify the buyer, how the procedure of complaint processing will carry on.
9. CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be affected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
