Hero4Heroes boots are handmade elegant shoes with special colorful design all made from leather.
precisely because of the complexity of the design, some materials are delicate, so please handle with care and attention, always keep them in protective bags.
In order to keep our shoes in good condition and last longer please follow this advices:
- When wearing our shoes please avoid abrasive surfaces ( since you are walking on soles it will probably scratch over time)
- Avoid direct contact with heat and oil
- Avoid contact with rain, if does please dry with soft cloth
- Fill shoes with tissue paper to to retain shape and not capture moisture
- painted heels are susceptible to scratches
- mirror leather can be susceptible to small scratches

Products can be ordered for delivery worldwide, under the conditions applicable to each delivery area, depending on the shipping method. CROATIA:
- Free shipping within 3 business days for mainland Croatia unless otherwise stated.
- Free shipping within 7 business days for islands unless otherwise stated.
REST OF EUROPE:
- Free shipping within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.
REST OF THE WORLD:
- €40 shipping fee, delivered within 25 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping is handled by a courier service of Hero4Heroes’ choice. It is possible to arrange for a different delivery option if the buyer contacts Hero4Heroes before placing the order by email at info@hero4heroes.com. The cost of packaging is included in the shipping fee. The cost of delivery is not included in the product price unless stated otherwise (e.g., “free shipping”). Delivery is considered complete once the product is handed over to the courier service. If the product is returned to Hero4Heroes because delivery to the buyer or recipient failed, the buyer will be notified via email. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes once they arrive in the destination country.
